Why is the price so low of Freedom 251...?

The high-end specs of 1.3GHz Quadcore coupled with 1GB pf RAM makes us think why the price of the Freedom 251 by Ringing bells costs so low. While normally with these features we see a smartphone available in the market at a price of Rs. 3,000 and above. The company itself says normally the expenses to make the smartphones lie around Rs. 2,500. Here's the reason:-
In this post let us figure out the cost of low pricing of Freedom 251.

1. Assembling in India- Since this device is solely assembled in India so the price of smartphone gets less by Rs. 400-500.

2. Large scale sourcing- The company knew the price would make people buy lots of units, even a single person could buy more than one. Also the income of most of us makes us able to afford the smartphone at such a low price. This again saves Rs. 500-600 per unit.

3. Online sales and no-ground staff- Now this is most commonly used business strategy which isn't new as we have seen in various other chineese companies following this; like Oneplus. But still this company does the same. Probably its selling online and as far as i think people selling mobiles would themselves start purchasing in bulk later on and sell it to the customers as even they know that if they order 100 units, It will sold without problem. This great strategy again saves Rs. 500-600.

4. Commercially exploiting the website- This company has allowed other companies to come to its platform on its website where it has created its marketplace to sell the devices. This again saves Rs. 500-600.

This makes the smartphone so cheap. Did you get your answer? Share your views in the comments section below.
