Google Pixel & Pixel XL



Google launched their new lineups breaking the nexus series and going towards a future pixel lineups produced by them (Not actually though as it is actually produced by HTC under the guidance of Google integrating hardware and software). Made by Google 'Pixel' and 'Pixel XL' was launched yesterday with a whopping hardware and software both making it an all rounder phone. The cameras are best on these devices as shown in the DXO Benchmarks with the highest score of 89. Also Snapdragon 821 with a 4GB RAM makes a great combo.
There are only 2 differences between the Pixel and the Pixel XL. First, the display size which is 5 inches incase of Pixel and 5.5 inches incase of Pixel XL. Second, the battery of Pixel is 2750mAh and Pixel XL has a battery life of 3450mAh.
Their pricing isn't so great with Pixel starting from $649 and Pixel XL starting from $769

Freedom 251: The cheapest smartphone in the world

India's Ringing Bells (Based in Noida) has unveiled what is being touted as the country's most affordable smartphone. Dubbed Freedom 251, the Android-powered device carries a price tag of INR 251, which translates into just under $4 at current exchange rates. It is the cheapest smartphone in the world with these awesome features. For that much, you get a handset that is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor, and sports a 4-inch qHD IPS display. It comes with 1GB RAM and 8GB internal memory, which can be expanded up to 32GB via microSD card. In terms of camera, the Freedom 251 features a 3.2MP rear unit and a 0.3MP front shooter. The phone runs Android 5.1 (Lollipop), and packs in a 1,450mAh battery. Connectivity options include 3G, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, and GPS, while color options include white. Micromax canvas Tabby

Micromax has announced 'Canvas Tabby' - a tablet specially for your kids. Priced at Rs. 6499, the tablet will be made available exclusively on Flipkart for a period of three weeks before it makes it to all the other online and offline retailers. Micromax probably wants to capture the younger tablet users to make learning fun. Micromax points out that it's the only tablet available in the market with parental control features. The parental control feature, which is the USP of the Canvas Tabby allows parents to have complete control over the usage of the tablet. It allows parents to limit the time of usage and also keep check on the Internet access. Micromax has preloaded the tablet with kid-friendly content.
