Today coolpad launched a new overpriced device named as Coolpad Max at the price of 25k in India. Do you really think the processor 617 is worth it. Well also the battery 2800mAh only! I thought may be this phone would be good in display or camera If it's not better in performance but to my surprise the camera is just average and the display is 1080p which is non-amoled screen. If you would still like to buy this device than to let you know the first flash sale is on 30 May at 12 PM IST on Amazon. 
Sorry to say but I'm not against the company,  it's just our expectations which were higher after the launch of 2 great coolpad devices under 10k. Even a few moments ago I had a conversation with C4ETech and as expected they thought it's a joke at 25k. Well have a look at the features of this device:-

Freedom 251: The cheapest smartphone in the world

India's Ringing Bells (Based in Noida) has unveiled what is being touted as the country's most affordable smartphone. Dubbed Freedom 251, the Android-powered device carries a price tag of INR 251, which translates into just under $4 at current exchange rates. It is the cheapest smartphone in the world with these awesome features. For that much, you get a handset that is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor, and sports a 4-inch qHD IPS display. It comes with 1GB RAM and 8GB internal memory, which can be expanded up to 32GB via microSD card. In terms of camera, the Freedom 251 features a 3.2MP rear unit and a 0.3MP front shooter. The phone runs Android 5.1 (Lollipop), and packs in a 1,450mAh battery. Connectivity options include 3G, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, and GPS, while color options include white. Micromax has announced 'Canvas Tabby' - a tablet specially for your kids. Priced at Rs. 6499, the tablet will be made available exclusively on Flipkart for a period of three weeks before it makes it to all the other online and offline retailers. Micromax probably wants to capture the younger tablet users to make learning fun. Micromax points out that it's the only tablet available in the market with parental control features. The parental control feature, which is the USP of the Canvas Tabby allows parents to have complete control over the usage of the tablet.
